The Prosser family, Dean and Susan Prosser, grand daughters, Scarlett and Ruby Densley, daughter Jaime Densley and son David sold 112 Duck Island blood Angus steers, EU and PCAS accredited, to a top of $1070 for a draft of 30 Angus av 321kg, and 98 heifers to a top of $950 or $3.05/kg for a draft of 25 av 311kg.

SEVERAL large lines of quality Angus weaners were offered at Naracoorte’s monthly store sale on Thursday last week, with steers selling $80-$100 better than expected, according to Pinkerton Palm Hamlyn & Steen’s Ashley Braun.
