THE landmark China-Australia Free Trade Agreement began late last month, with Trade and Investment Minister Andrew Robb saying that more than 86 per cent of Australia’s goods exports to China would enter duty free. Once the agreement was fully implemented 96 per cent of Australian goods will enter China duty free. Mr Robb said tariffs had been cut on a range of Australian exports.
