TOUCH-screen public computers are now available at PIRSA offices at Kingscote, Mount Gambier and Port Lincoln, proving a boost to regional customer services.
The computers will provide easy access to online PIRSA services such as making payments, livestock registration requirements, commercial fisheries and aquaculture licencing, quota and registration information.
There are plans underway to purchase addition computers for other PIRSA regional offices.
Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Minister Leon Bignell said the computers would be a great help to people living in regional and rural locations who had limited or no access to reliable internet services.
“They can now visit one of these three offices and receive help with any of the compulsory registration and licencing tasks available online,” he said.
