EL Nino outlook changes but not enough for alarm bells

The El Nino outlook has been upgraded, but it is still too early to determine if drier conditions are on they way.

THE Bureau of Meteorology has increased its outlook status for El Nino to ‘watch level’, meaning the likelihood of the weather event sits at 50 per cent.
