THE Southern Australia Durum Growers Association held an appreciation dinner in Adelaide on Monday night, to acknowledge Neville Sharpe’s near-30-year contribution to the durum industry.
Neville’s wife Jeanette was also thanked for her support, with members of the Sharpe family also in attendance.
Highlighting some of Neville’s achievements were fellow durum breeder Jason Able, San Remo mill manager John Stuart, inaugural SADGA chair John Lush, Mallala, SADGA committee members Leith Cooper, Jamestown, John Green, Bute, and current chair Alwyn Dyer, Kaniva, Vic.
