THE CBH Group is opening a new office in Adelaide today.
The Adelaide office opening follows the closure of the Group’s Melbourne post earlier this year.
By relocating the east coast accumulation function to Adelaide and centralising the east coast trading into the Perth office, CBH can improve efficiency and focus on their export business from South Australia and Victoria.
CBH General Manager of Marketing and Trading, Jason Craig, said South Australia is a key component of Marketing and Trading’s revenue and growth strategy.
“The relocation increases our focus on developing our grain export and financial product business in South Australia and Victoria, as well as supporting Blue Lake Milling, our oats manufacturing business that operates in these states,” said Mr Craig.
“There will be no change to our export focus, just a continued view for growth.”
Mr Craig says that the move to open this new hub for all East Coast accumulations has received positive feedback.
“South Australian growers and consultants have welcomed this change and are pleased to see CBH building resources locally.”
The new Adelaide office is located at Level 4/19 Gilles Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
