Since its inception in 1997, Tasting Australia has become one of Australia’s most anticipated culinary festivals.
It celebrated a new milestone in 2016 when it became an annual event for the first time.
Food-lovers from across the globe descended on Adelaide and surrounding regions to experience Tasting Australia.
The event’s creative team were Barossa food legend Maggie Beer, wine expert Paul Henry and chef and television personality Simon Bryant.
Attendees had the opportunity to meet local, national and international industry identities as they feasted on gourmet produce.
