THE IPM MasterClass Nutrition Series comes to SA next month, with a “P School” to be held at Golding Winery, Lobethal, on March 17.
Phosphorus is a challenge to manage, and vital to be understood for crop production.
The P School will provide an opportunity to learn how P works and how to make better farm management decisions, learning with some of the world’s leading P researchers and educators.
Topics will include Soils and P – what is really going on?, Role and function of P in crops, Soil biology and soil health – does it work? and Fertiliser decisions, forms, testing and research.
Golding Wines will also host a nitrogen masterclass on August 11.
