RILERA White Suffolks proved their popularity at the stud's on-property auction on Wednesday last week, with all 24 rams offered snapped up by eager buyers at an average of $835.
The Arthurton stud also offered 31 Poll Dorsets, with 19 selling at an average of $702.
Eight rams - comprising sires of both breeds - fetched the top price of $950.
Overall, 42 of 55 rams sold at an average price of $745.
More than a quarter of the rams on offer were snapped up by two returning clients.
ME Evans, Port Broughton, came to purchase Poll Dorsets and White Suffolks, taking home eight to $950.
Regular sale-topper Alan Baker again purchased rams for the top price, bidding to $950 four times. He bought three more rams to take his total to seven White Suffolks.
