PAT Edson, Edson Livestock, Culburra, made a clean sweep of the broad ribbons. Her champion ram came from the ram over 1.5 years class.
It weighed 116.5 kilograms with 10-millimetre fat score and 46mm EMD.
The reserve champion came from the ram under 1.5yr - born on or after March 1 - class.
The reserve weighed 103.5kg, with 7mm fat score and 45mm EMD.
Judge Scott Mitchell, Rene, Culcairn, NSW, liked what he saw.
"Both these rams are two very good rams," he said.
"I'm looking for the best representation of the breed and I just felt the older ram was filled out a bit more.
"The reserve carries himself well and has a beautiful topline."
The champion ewe came from the ewe over 1.5yr class. She weighed 96.5kg with 9mm fat score and 40mm EMD.
"She's a very well-muscled ewe who stands very well on her feet," Mr Mitchell said.
"She's a very proud ewe, who's very hard to go past.
"She's very well-balanced and has plenty of meat in the twist."
The reserve champion ewe came from the ewe under 1.5yr and born after March 1 class.
