Early next week sees Australia's premier grain conference AGIC 2015 held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne from July 27-29.
On Monday, a new GRDC growers day will be held, with a program that will provide grain farmers with access to key international and local speakers that will discuss the issues, challenges, and trends impacting on-farm profitability.
While day two, when the conference agenda begins, a new agribusiness lunch will be held where attendees will hear from advertising and marketing guru Russel Howcroft, executive general manager of the Ten Network.
Sessions during AGIC 2015 will follow the theme of "Australia's changing role in the global grain industry" and have a heavy focus on demand from the Asian region.
